2. Description of Service

Skypopp is a flight deal alert service that monitors airfare prices and notifies registered users of significant fare discounts departing from their selected home airports. We do not sell flights, act as a travel agent, or guarantee the availability or price of any fare displayed.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Skypopp to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Skypopp provides flight deal information for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any fares shown. Airfares are subject to change without notice and may sell out before you book. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of acting on deal information provided through our service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Skypopp — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Skypopp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites, airlines, or booking platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SKYPOPP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYPOPP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skypopp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
